2. Independent Agency Status

Applied Manufacturing Partners, LLC, doing business as AMP Magnetics (“AMP Magnetics”), operates exclusively as an independent, commission-based manufacturer’s representative.

  • AMP Magnetics is not a manufacturer, fabricator, or packager of transformers, reactors, filters, or electrical components.
  • AMP Magnetics does not stock, warehouse, distribute from inventory, or take title or ownership of any physical goods.
  • All purchase orders, product warranties, commercial sales agreements, shipping contracts, and formal factory terms and conditions are executed directly between the purchasing customer and the represented manufacturing principal.

3. Engineering Information & Technical Guidance

Information provided on this Site, including application notes, dimensional tables, schematics, and sizing recommendations, is offered for preliminary informational and application discovery purposes only.

Specifying engineers, panel builders, and purchasers remain solely responsible for verifying that equipment ratings, electrical protections, environmental enclosures, and safety systems comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and program requirements. Official factory submittal drawings and signed engineering guarantees supersede all website representations.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

AMP Magnetics is a trade name of Applied Manufacturing Partners, LLC. All content, technical schematics, logos, and written materials on this Site are the property of Applied Manufacturing Partners, LLC. Third-party trade names, product marks, and trademarks mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Applied Manufacturing Partners, LLC, its members, officers, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Site or from the procurement, delivery, delay, or operation of equipment manufactured by third-party principals.
